Villas

This huge house has been designed to offer the flexibility of renting the whole house or just one floor. Each floor is identical with an outdoor staircase to enter each floor independently. On entering the ground floor you come into the open plan spacious sitting room and dining room. The galley kitchen is compact yet sufficient for all your catering needs on holiday. Three bedrooms on each floor complete with 2 bathrooms allow you to rent out one floor very cheaply if your party is small or holiday with friends or family for a larger party. We provide air-con in all bedrooms in addition to fans on the top floor. Believe me, you will need air-con in the Thai summer and so we have equipped the house for your comfort despite the excellent rental price. You can relax with facilities such as TV, DVD, CD-player and a selection of books, music CD's and movies for all ages.

Sleeping

The bedrooms all contain brand new large beds with good quality mattresses. Of equal quality is the bedding; we feel that sleep is one of the most important things on holiday and so the bedroom furniture should be comparable to any 5-star hotel. All bedrooms include air-conditioning, essential for those who are not used to the Thai heat. One bedroom is en suite while the other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. We provide all towels so save your luggage allowance for those great purchases from the Night Market. This house is perfect for those families or friends who want to holiday together but also have a bit of space apart when needed. The 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 sitting and dining rooms spread over 2 floors with a separate entrance which enables all the pleasures of a large party without the feel of being on top of one another. Each floor houses 5 people and the rental price is for one floor and for 5 people. Please email for rental rates for the whole house.

The lower and upper floor include one en suite bathroom to the master bedroom and an additional large bathroom to accommodate the other two bedrooms. So, in total, there are two bathrooms upstairs and two bathrooms on the lower floor. One bathroom includes a bath tub, shower, toilet, sink and bidet. The other bathroom includes a shower, sink, toilet and bidet.

Dining

You are welcome to eat outside on the balcony area or in the open plan dining area adjacent to the kitchen. The dining table seats 6.

Entertainment

The open plan sitting room looks out to the pool on the ground floor. There is seating for 6 with lovely white furniture to complement the terracotta tiled floors.

TV, DVD and stereo facilities provide entertainment, though who wants to stay indoors.

Outdoors

The 7m pool is private to the house and there is an additional large pool at the entrance with a small cafe attached.

The development is located next to the Elephant Village on Soi Moobann Khao Noi, approx. 5 km from town and 4-5km from the beach.

A car is recommended, and we are happy to help with the hire at a cost of approx. 1000 baht per day (depending on length of hire).
