Baan Thai Villas offers a unique holiday experience in large, beautifully furnished townhouses, just 150m from popular Khao Takiab beach, approx 5km from the centre of Hua Hin.

Not only does Baan Thai Villas offer 5-star accommodation, our tenants have access to a large private garden area complete with barbecue, 14 metre pool and swings for the kids.

Baan Thai Villas has the benefit of a superb location while retaining a home away from home feel so that you and your family can leave the excess baggage where it belongs and relax. The houses are fully fitted to the highest standards with everything a family may need including a cot and highchair for any little ones. Two large terraces allow you to watch the kids playing outside from the master bedroom or sunbathe on the back terrace which overlooks a large pool.

All bedrooms include air-con and an ensuite bathroom with toilet, shower, bidet and sink. Most houses include four bedrooms though we do offer one large three bedroom in addition to a few smaller double storey houses.

Sleeping arrangements vary slightly from house to house, however most include three large double or kingsize beds and a twin or single room.

A bathroom on the ground floor and an outdoor shower in the garden allow those little ones to shower down before entering the house. Cots, baby walkers and other child friendly items are available at no extra cost on request.


				The kitchen is fully fitted with everything you may possibly need; oven / microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, rice cooker, etc. If there is anything we have forgotten we will buy it. A separate utility room includes a washing machine, iron, cleaning equipment and hanging rails for laundry.




	The open-plan dining and kitchen area provides seating for 6-8 while the lounge is very comfortable including lovely Thai furniture, sofas, coffee table, cable TV, DVD, hi-fi system and broadband internet.

Notes on accommodation

Maid service, baby sitting and catering is available on request. All linen, towels (inlcuding beach) are supplied. The house is perfect for families or a group of friends. Its proximity to the beach and to Hua Hin town makes it a fantastic base from which to relax and to explore sites around Hua Hin such as National Parks, Waterfalls and of course the Elephant Vllages. We offer the best accommodation in town at these rates.



				Outside To the front of the houses you can find our private 15-metre private pool for Baan Thai Villa guests complete with barbecue, swings, and seating for your use. This is a lovely way to meet other tenants if you so wish. Alternatively, you can use the three large outside areas at the house and enjoy your own privacy.



	Coast/Beach Khao Takiab beach is 1 min stroll from the house. To the left of the beach you can see Monkey Mountain resplendent with monkeys while on the way into Hua Hin town you pass by some of the sacred temples in the area which glitter at night. Golf The numerous golf courses around Hua Hin are within easy reach. What better way to have a golfing holiday than to stay by the beach and head off to the course when you feel like it. Transportation can be easily arranged. Travel Most people land in Bangkok and take a car or van to Hua Hin which takes about 3 hours. We can help with car hire. There is a small plane which takes 45 mins landing at Hua Hin airport, north of the town. Car hire is readily available or you can make use of tuk-tuks and samlors.

Distances
The village of Khao Takiab is approx. 0.5km from the house and the centre of Hua Hin town is approx. 6km. Hua Hin is growing so rapidly now that the town is speading along the coast and you can find all amenities, restaurants and shops within walking distance from the house.

Too numerous to mention all, a selection of activities on offer in Hua Hin include parks, elephants, horse-riding, fishing, quad-bike riding, water sports, fishing, caves, temples, waterfalls, cooking classes, designer outlet shops, night markets, lovely seafood restaurants, spas and massage

Booking notes
To book one of our houses at Baan Thai Villas we require a deposit of 25% with the balance payable at least 1 month before arrival. Peak holiday periods get booked quickly so if you are interested in one of our houses, please make a booking as soon as possible. Clients will receive more information about our services upon enquiry.
