Villas

Pipa Beleza is located a leisurely 15 to 20-minute walk along a flat road from the bustling centre of town and the Praia do Amor, the closest beach. Of course if that seems too strenuous, you can be there in minutes by using your own transport, or alternatively catch the frequent minibus service that stops right outside the front door and visits all of the spectacular beaches in the area. Inside Pipa Beleza, a spa, restaurant and bar provide a central focus along with the two large pools, both surrounded by carefully landscaped gardens. The larger pool boasts a striking swim-up bar while the smaller, 20-m pool provides a sanctuary for the exclusive use of residents of the 20 villas. Villa 8 is ideally located near to the landscaped pool and restaurant area, yet sited on the edge of the resort providing enviable privacy. Surrounded on all four sides by lawned garden and topped by a luxurious outdoor jacuzzi on the roof-top terrace, the villa allows those who want to get away from it all to do just that.

Sleeping

Inside the villa, the standard is comparable to that of a five-star hotel. Two large double bedrooms boast outstanding en-suite facilities and have direct access onto the ground floor verandah and private garden while a third bedroom, equipped with twin beds, is located on the first floor, across the landing from a large airy, open-plan kitchen-living room and balcony. From there, a single flight of stairs takes you onto the memorable roof terrace that will undoubtedly provide many of the highlights of your holidays.

The two large ground floor bedrooms, both en-suite, provide a cool sanctuary, guaranteeing a perfect night’s sleep while king sized beds, locally made fitted furniture and heavy silk curtains create an enviable sense of luxury.

The en-suite bathroom adjacent to the master bedroom boasts a whirlpool Jacuzzi while only a stylish glass door separates the room from a vine-shaded outdoor shower, a wonderful reminder that you are in the tropics.

French windows provide direct access from both ground floor bedrooms onto the ground floor verandah and garden where guests can relax in hammocks, a lounger or simply sit on the locally crafted furniture and take tea or coffee.

Upstairs, the third bedroom provides twin beds and ample wardrobe space and is located next to villa’s third bathroom on the first floor landing.

Dining

This is no place to dine indoors and guests can move from the living room/kitchen through one of two French windows that provide access onto the first floor balcony. With a large wooden dining table and six chairs, this is the perfect location to enjoy a bright breakfast or atmospheric evening meal with family or friends.

Food can be prepared in the fully equipped modern fitted kitchen which includes an American fridge, dishwasher, and all the utensils needed on holiday.

Entertainment

Even in the most idyllic climates it’s sometimes nice to relax indoors and the open-plan living room/kitchen is the perfect place to relax on the matching settees; watch television, listen to music, or simply sit back and read.

Outdoors

The rooftop terrace is the perfect place to while away the afternoon or evening – especially if you choose to indulge yourself and spend it while bathing in the heated waters of the Jacuzzi. It may be decadent, but after all, you’re on your holidays, and who could resist the combination of the massaging effects of the whirlpool jets and uninterrupted view across open countryside to the cobalt blue ocean.

The terrace covers virtually the whole footprint of the villa so there is plenty of room for everyone, with two loungers and additional chairs available. It’s hard to imagine a more delightful way to relax after a day’s exploring.

Alternatively, the substantial lawned garden provides a more shaded place to sit out. There’s plenty of space for hammocks and loungers and the private area allows welcome solitude.
